All pairs have a zip pocket at the back of the waistband which is big enough for the largest of smartphones and a few little extra bits. The waistband sits high, around the tummy button and has a piece of elastic at the top of the waistband that is small enough so it won’t dig in but secure enough that they stay up, even during the most vigorous of activities!
Our leggings come up big, so we recommend sizing down. For example, if you are a 14-16, the 12-14 will be a great fit. We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders to give you peace of mind.

This was my first order and I really like the leggings. I’ve got long legs but the regular length are still long enough for me. I’m usually an 8-10 so I ordered a 6-8 which fit fine. The material is good quality and it’s nice to have a pair of running leggings which aren’t black! I will definitely order more!

I’m wearing the 10/12 size and would definitely say size down as anywhere else I’d be a size 12/14 ....just another reason to love R& S The leggings fit beautifully and feel so very soft. Such a beuatilf colour! The leggings came up much smaller than I thought so I had to send them back for exchange. The customer service is so so good (made me feel like a friend - dangerous as I'm going to end up buying their whole range!). I complicated my return by ordering more and instead of making it comlicated they sorted it all out and even sent me a tiny treat in my exchanged package. They, like everyone have had a slowdown in delivery times recently due to covid but these guys sorted out my refund and my exchange delivery, are very personable which is refreshing to see in this world of auto reply and chat robots.
