Our wonderful regular length leggings are made from a wonderfully soft and buttery fabric that is guaranteed to be 100% squat proof, money back guarantee! We use a thick gsm to ensure that even the lighter colours won’t show anything through, even dark underwear.
Choose between our fab thigh pocket which is deep enough for a secure hold when running and big enough for the largest of smartphones and a few little extra bits or a pocket at the back of the waistband which again, is big enough for a smartphone and a few extra bits.
The waistband sits high, around the tummy button and has a piece of elastic at the top of the waistband that is small enough so it won’t dig in but secure enough that they stay up, even during the most vigorous of activities!Please note that you can either choose thigh or waistband pocket, we cannot offer both.
Our leggings come up big, so we recommend sizing down. For example, if you are a 14-16, the 12-14 will be a great fit. We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders to give you peace of mind.

Love my new autumn long leggings. They look great with my orange running gear & looked fab out on the woodland trails. Rainbow & Sprinkles do the best designs and I have never been disappointed with the quality. I run with my dog and wear a harness that loops round my legs & waistline so this can rub the material underneath causing it to fray. I have never had this happen with R&S leggings but it has happened with very expensive running brand leggings! These also look wonderful with my brown knee high boots & navy coat.
