Our wonderful regular length leggings are made from a wonderfully soft and buttery fabric that is guaranteed to be 100% squat proof, money back guarantee! We use a thick gsm to ensure that even the lighter colours won’t show anything through, even dark underwear.
All pairs have a zip pocket at the back of the waistband which is big enough for the largest of smartphones and a few little extra bits. The waistband sits high, around the tummy button and has a piece of elastic at the top of the waistband that is small enough so it won’t dig in but secure enough that they stay up, even during the most vigorous of activities!
Our leggings come up big, so we recommend sizing down. For example, if you are a 14-16, the 12-14 will be a great fit. We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders to give you peace of mind.

Wear these to circuit training so their squat proof abilities really get tested. When I say these will not move an inch on your body unless you want them to, I mean it. I look around and see non-R&S owners yanking at their waistbands when their plain, bogstandard leggings have started to slip down. Meanwhile I can swing a kettle bell, squat till I drop or do a full sprawl and these will not budge. And they're mega cute!!

I really love these leggings! Everyone that has seen them, & commented on them, loves them!
Aside from being amazing & funky-looking, R&S are the only leggings I can wear. I have Fibromyalgia which means my skin sometimes feels as though it's on fire. The material & high spandex content in R&S leggings feels lovely & cool against my skin, so whenever I do have a Fibro flare up the leggings are still really comfortable to wear.
I'm so happy! I can actually wear leggings again & I pretty much live in R&S now!
