Return & Shipping
We offer free returns and exchanges. We send free returns labels with all orders so you can just pop it back of your parcel and drop to your local post office.
If you haven't received a free returns label for whatever reason, please don't worry. Just drop us an email and we will arrange for one to be posted to you or emailed.
If you’re exchanging, please email us (see above) and we can confirm if we stock the size and style you need and if not, we will order it in for you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn or items that have been with you for over 30 days. Please note that the 30 days start from when your item has been delivered and not from when you purchased.
All orders are dispatched within 4 working days from the day the order was placed. If you require your order quicker, please email email@example.com
We offer a 24 or 48 hour tracked service which provides you with end to end tracking. If you would prefer the standard 24 or 48 hour service, this is also available and you will be able to track your order once delivery has been attempted.
