Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
We offer free returns and exchanges. We send free returns labels & exchange/return cards with all orders. Please fill in the exchange/return form (please don't worry about filling in the product code part), pop it in the parcel with the item you're returning and take it to your local post office. They will scan it in and you'll receive a tracking number.
Please note that exchanges/returns can take up to 7 working days from the day that your parcel is delivered to us.
If you haven't received a free returns label for whatever reason, please don't worry. Just drop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange for one to be posted or emailed to you and follow the steps above.
If you want to exchange and we haven't got the item you want in stock, we will order it in for you and will send you an email to confirm this and advise expected delivery dates.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn or items that have been with you for over 30 days. Please note that the 30 days start from when your item has been delivered and not from when you purchased.

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the day the order was placed. If you require your order quicker, please email email@example.com
If you have placed an order that has a mix of in stock and pre-order items and would like your in stock items dispatching first, please select the relevant option at the postage page. If standard shipping is selected, we will hold the entire order until everything is ready for dispatch.
We offer a 24 or 48 hour tracked service which provides you with end to end tracking. If you would prefer the standard 24 or 48 hour service, this is also available and you will be able to track your order once delivery has been attempted.
We dispatch worldwide! Just select the relevant option at the postage page.
Please be aware that your government may apply an import tariff to your order.
