Returns Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges. We send free returns labels & exchange/return cards with all orders. Please fill in the exchange/return form (please don't worry about filling in the product code part), pop it in the parcel with the item you're returning and take it to your local post office. They will scan it in and you'll receive a tracking number. 

Please note that exchanges/returns can take up to 7 working days from the day that your parcel is delivered to us.

If you haven't received a free returns label for whatever reason, please don't worry. Just drop us an email ( and we will arrange for one to be posted or emailed to you and follow the steps above.

If you want to exchange and we haven't got the item you want in stock, we will order it in for you and will send you an email to confirm this and advise expected delivery dates.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn or items that have been with you for over 30 days. Please note that the 30 days start from when your item has been delivered and not from when you purchased.

If you have chosen Royal Mail as your delivery option, we will send you a free returns label with your order however, we are unable to send returns labels with our DPD dispatches. If you have used DPD but wish to return, you can either return the item yourself and we will reimburse your postage up to £3 or you can request a Royal Mail returns label to be emailed to you for you to print out at home.


All orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days from the day the order was placed (unless you have placed a pre-order).

You can choose between Royal Mail or DPD who offer a next day service if ordered before 1pm. If you selected DPD as your delivery method and have ordered after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

BREXIT - Any orders that are being dispatched outside of the UK may incur a VAT charge that will be applied by your country. This is not always the case but we will refund the VAT from your order to prevent you from paying 2 VAT charges. Please contact us at so that we can process this for you.

This only applies to adults clothing as children's clothing does not have VAT added.

If you have placed an order that has a mix of in stock and pre-order items and would like your in stock items dispatching first, please send us an email by replying to your order conformation email and we can post your order separately for a small extra postage charge.

We offer a 24 or 48 hour tracked service which provides you with end to end tracking. If you would prefer the standard 24 or 48 hour service, this is also available and you will be able to track your order once delivery has been attempted. 

We dispatch worldwide! Just select the relevant option at the postage page. 

Please be aware that your government may apply an import tariff to your order.
